Who we are

This website is operated by V&V Executive Chauffeur , a chauffeur service based in Dublin, Ireland. For any privacy question, email info@vandvchauffeur.com.

Information we collect

When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address and journey details (pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, vehicle, flight number and notes).

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, arrange and carry out your journey, and keep the records we are required to keep by law. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

To deliver booking requests and confirmations, your details pass through service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), and — where enabled — Resend (email), Twilio (text messages) and Formspark (form delivery). If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@vandvchauffeur.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
